Delivery and Returns
If you are outside the UK, please email the address below to request a carriage charge quote. Otherwise there may be a delay in your item being dispatched.
As all our products are handmade to order, the timeframe is up to 5 working days from the date of order to date of postage, then please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Please note that we will need to wait 14 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.
I will always endeavour to send out items that are perfect, but am aware that some things are out of our control. If the items arrive and are not to your satisfaction then:
Delivered damaged, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what you ordered
If an item arrives damaged, then photographic evidence (showing the packaging) must be emailed to email@example.com with the subject title of 'Damaged'. Alternatively, please call Jeannie Duncanson on 07967 638865.
A full refund will then be issued.
Return an unwanted product
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened, unused and in perfect condition, you can arrange to return it within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that postage costs will not be refunded.
If you return an item as faulty or defective and we discover nothing wrong, we will return the item back to you.
